A Letter from the Founder

When I founded Tidemark Philanthropy, I wanted to create a space where strategy and humanity intersect, where institutions and leaders reimagine what impact looks like when it’s built to last.

My career has been shaped by places devoted to purpose, communities where generosity defines culture. I’ve seen how clarity and courage sustain progress, and how easily even well-intentioned missions can drift without them.

Tidemark was born from the belief that philanthropy should be as intentional as it is inspired, and that legacy lives not only in what we leave behind, but in what we build into systems, relationships, and values that endure.

Today, I partner with institutions and foundations navigating transformation, during moments when vision must take form and purpose demands precision. Whether advising on a campaign, guiding a transition, or helping leadership align around a shared horizon, my work centers on the same conviction: thoughtful generosity has the power to renew both people and places.

My hope is that Tidemark feels like a steady current, offering a source of strategic counsel for those shaping what’s next and a reminder that impact, built with care, rises for generations.
